By browsing or ordering from artisanmart.online you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if pricing was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund any amount already charged.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card is charged when the order is placed.
Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provide.

Product presentation
We photograph every piece in natural light and describe fabrics accurately, but screens vary and color may differ slightly from what you see. Measurements are approximate and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerance.
Intellectual property
All text, photography, design and the Artisan Mart name are owned by Artisan Mart and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
