Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to APO/FPO addresses. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label scans.
Returns
Returns are free within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Start your return from the link in your confirmation email and we'll send a prepaid label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
Final sale items are marked clearly on the product page and cannot be returned. Accessories must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Exchanges
Choose Exchange when you start a return and we'll hold your new size for 14 days. If the replacement costs more, we'll email a secure link for the difference.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email help@artisanmart.online with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace the item or refund it in full — no return shipping required.
